Paudhewala believes in making customer’s experience a best which also includes making their cancellations hassle-free. Our cancellation policy includes:
- Any cancellation will be accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.
- However, if your order has been placed with the vendors/merchants then the cancellation will not be considered if the product has already been shipped.
- If the order has been placed under same day delivery category then the cancellation will not be accepted.
- Orders placed on special occasions like Diwali, Valentine’s Day, New Year etc are not eligible for any cancellation as these are limited occasion offers.
- If you are not satisfied with the product after it is delivered to you then you can contact our customer care team within 24 hours of the delivery. The team will register your grievance and will take rightful action.
- In case you receive a damaged or defective product then you can contact our customer care team within 24 hours of the delivery.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, you are requested to refer the complaints to them.
