1. For customers in India, Paudhewala ships the order/product through rented third party vehicle or through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.
2. Paudhewala do not ship products outside India’s border.
3. Every order that is placed through website is shipped within 2 working days or as per the delivery date which is agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Delivering of the shipment is subject to transport company/courier company/post office norms.
4. Any delay in delivering the products by transport company/courier company/postal authorities will not be a responsibility of Paudhewala. Our team is only accountable for handing over the product on time to the Courier Company or postal authorities within 2 working days from the date of order and payment which is made at the time of placing the order.
5. Delivery of all order will be done to the address of the customer as mentioned while placing the order or as per the credit/debit card details. In case of any damage to the product while in transit, Paudhewala will not be accountable.

• Paudhewala accepts all major credit cards. Customers can also make payment through PayUmoney for secured payments.

 Shipping & Delivery Policy (Services)

• Once you have placed the order, the delivery confirmation will be sent to the email ID as mentioned by you while placing the order. For any assistance in using our services, the help desk is available 24x7.

 How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products?

 Paudhewala do not charge extensively. For all Indian customers, the shipping chargesareRs. 79 for all orders, unless waived off as agreed and as per promotional offers.

 We do not ship products out of India. For bulk orders, our computed system adds up the cumulative weight for all products and charge for single deliver only.

 In case you are ordering bulk order for different places, then the delivery charges will be calculated separately for different locations and the order will not be considered as a bulk order.

Products will be delivered to Delhi NCR (Faridabad, Noida,Greater Noida, Gaziabad, Delhi and Gurgaon only).
